Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card information.

Our website provider, Squarespace, and related technologies may automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, and general website activity. Cookies and similar technologies may be used to operate the website, maintain security, and understand how visitors use it.

Please do not submit confidential client information, protected health information, or other sensitive personal information through our website forms or email.

PHONE NUMBERS AND WHATSAPP

We may also offer participants the option to join a Living Laboratory WhatsApp group. Participation will be optional, and we will request your permission before adding or inviting you. If you join a WhatsApp group, your phone number, profile name, profile image, and messages may be visible to other group members. WhatsApp’s own privacy terms also apply to your use of that service.

HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We may share information only when reasonably necessary with:

  • Squarespace, which hosts and supports our website and mailing-list functions

  • Stripe, which processes registrations and payments

  • Google Workspace, which supports our email communications and business records

  • Facilitators and service providers assisting with the Living Laboratory

  • Government authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property

These providers process information under their own privacy practices and contractual obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
